2.1 Diesel Engine Cover Damaged

So upon having a look in the engine bay today i have noticed the egg shaped foam / rubber raised section that has been put into the engine cover has worn through. Upon having a look below this seems to be to give room to a coolant pipe or vacuum hose. Did not look too closely.

On my engine cover this foam / rubber raised egg has worn through completely. I am thinking it is possibly a sacrificial part to protect the hose below.


Question is are these little covers available seperately

Looks like it is part of the cover , there are only two part numbers for the cover - one for the emblem the other is the cover itself.

It looks like it is removable once the clips are released - possibly a job for a mate with a 3D printer.
