My good friend and Mercedes specialist mechanic near Ellesmere Port on the Wirral has decided to sell his 2001 CLK 320 (petrol) cabriolet. (He is keeping his W202 C55 AMG!) He looks after several Mercedes-Benz Club members cars and has a great reputation. I have seen lots of his work and he is one of the best mechanics I've ever come across - understandable after 15 years main dealer experience and 10 years as an indie.
Brief details he gave me over the phone last night are:
Silver with grey leather interior, black hood.
Mileage 103k.

Lots of toys
12 months MOT
Most importantly - no rusty panels, wings, wheel arches.
Price: offers in the region of £3,000. Seems like a lot of car for that kind of money.
