2003 w211 320 cdi help please

Ive got abs, esp lights on dash, fault code c147a comming up on icar soft scanner. Ive replaced rear wheel sensor genuine new part. Ive also read live data stream and all sensors are reading the same. Anyone any ideas as to what the code relates to please.

The dash flashes abs/ esp. Turn ignition of two malfunctions. Start car no malfunctions. Drive car at twenty abs/ esp appears plus yellow wheel symbol with brake drums around it on dash display. Car drives normal, but sbc hold, cruise, and sbc stop not working.
