I met Ian on Friday and actually did the proposed run to check timings and speak to the management at the proposed venues.
We seem to have settled on a date of 3rd April, after the clocks alter, but before Easter. Couple of points need sorting out but I'll post full details later this week when I have a few days off.
Thanks for the suoport so far, I'll do all I can to make it happen and as painless as possible.
