2007 CL600 £11,750. One owner. 172k

The 216 not so pretty more in your face.
That's the way the market has moved these days; there's not much demand for understated now. Indeed, velvet fist in iron glove, a.k.a. sheep in wolf's clothing, is more popular than the real thing.

The original reg will be HX57XXX or something like that.
Car seems to need a bit of detailing, alloys in particular, but for £10950 it's a great buy for someone.

That is gorgeous!
There is V12 down this way somewhere

Should it not be thought of as a £20k car though as (petrol aside) you'd bound to be spending a few quid freshening some elements up at that mileage...?
And then yes, there is the petrol bill......if only you could still get tiger tokens....;)

Still 'looks' a £100k car though

A lovely motor for under £12k, crazy!
Must be heart breaking selling it at that from new!?! I'd just kept it, or pass it down to a family member?
Auto trader state the mpg is 13 lol more like 8! :D:p

Clearly not much of a market for it! I’m curious as to what a comparable 500 would sell for; would it be sold by now at that price...?

Last month at BCA a one owner E63 went to auction.
It was 3 years and one month old at time of auction entry and had covered 163k miles....

Disappeared off AT.. I can only assume it did or was part x'd

Half that price (£5k) , by the look of it. See this CL500, which has not sold since January, at £8k for a 114k mile car:

But, to repeat the old cliche, an advertised price gives you only a "sketch of a clue" of the actual eventual price)

I like that very much I could see that replacing my CLK430 but could I afford the bills ?? Pulsating dampers etc abs failures at 40K at 2K a pop M273 issues ( its an early one )

That looks great. I’m tempted... really tempted

That's not an exceptional price - like many "expensive when new" cars, once they reach 10 years old, the potential buyers are few.

Did the CL600 sell?

It's back....at £9,700. Who wants a 175,000 mile CL600 at £9,700 ?

(Once again, it's not mine, I'm just admiring it. I wouldn't buy it with HALF that mileage)

It's not really cheap enough to be a timebomb car either.

Good luck to the person who takes it on!
