2007 E320 cdi sport problem

Just to update people who are intrested in this thread. Took the car for mot today and explained to test person my predicament with the brakes, after fairly intensive testing on rollers of each corner he came to a conclusion that front drivers side disc (which is nearly new) is warped. The pointers on his monitor were flicking up and down like a yo yo. Whereas the rears and the passenger side were steady. Going to get disc removed in the morning, return it to ECP, pick up exchange and hopefully be back on the road for 12.
what I cant understand is how can a brand new very well engineered piece of steel of substantial thickness and diameter warp so readily.

FWIW, when I had a 320cdi sport, I noticed that the drilled discs were very prone to warping. They were warped when I first drove the car and their replacements were warped again after less than a year. My current car doesn't have drilled discs and haven't needed changing in the almost 3 years that I've owned the car.

Mercedes OEM discs and pads from the dealer aren't much more than the copies, my W211 E55 was £220 for front discs and pads from the Mercedes parts dept.
