2010 B class reserve fuel light ( B160 sport auto)

Can anyone help me - I have a a petrol b160 sport auto and the reserve fuel light seems to come on very early ( doesn't reach the red line normally comes on as it dips below the quarter of a tank line ) at what stage will this light come on - how much fuel do I actually have when it lights up with the words reserve and the picture of a petrol pump on the screen ? It seems really sensitive ..thanks

I think that is normal, my reserve fuel light also comes on just below the quarter tank mark.
