2013 Sprinter wheel bolts

Have a 2013 Sprinter chassis Motorhome with nice alloy wheels, BUT the spare is steel. Rumour control has it that the steel wheel needs shorter or different bolts? If that is the case the spare is as much use as a chocolate teapot if I had a puncture as I don't have different bolts. In fact the chocolate teapot would be more use as I could eat it

Can anyone advise if this is the case and size/length of alloy wheel bolts and steel wheel bolts.

Yes you should have another set of (shorter) bolts for the spare ... have you checked the tool kit etc.?
