Well the CLK went today, new owner phoned, popped round half an hour later, looked it over, loved it and didn’t even ask for a discount.

So refreshing!

They have got a lovely car tbf, if I had garage space I’d have parked it up and kept it, they do seem super value at the moment. I may see it as its new home is about 4mls away.

Glad you had a nice easy, sale. Trouble is selling it so close to home, when you see it you think, why, did i sell that. I've done that a couple of times.

Nice to hear you got a hassle free sale - did you get similar to what it was listed for on here? Looks quite nice but Nov-Jan has to be about the most awkward time of year to be selling a car in general let alone a cabriolet!

What’s the replacement? Even if not an MB you should stick around

I actually got more than listed on here - which was nice

It was replaced with an Outlander, purely for fitting the grandkids and prams etc - it was just hard work leaning into the back of a CLK ….. esp as they are getting heavy and I’m getting older

In 1999 when my son was born he was my mums first grandchild so she went out and bought the vehicle that she thought was very apt for a 54 year old glamorous grandmother.
