320CE Turbo Technics kit on a 300E engine?

as the above, would it work?
i mean, would it fit? as far as i know all the engine components are the same? i think the fuel system is different and is just 200cc in difference.
also, the inlet manifold is different too but i dont believe this needs to be changed.

also, does anyone know any places in the london area that can fit it and does anyone have a rough price that it would cost?

trying to sort out my accounts so i can get this all done!

A standard 300 engine is 12v i think ....

The 3.2 litre one is 24v ...

Would that make a difference ?

If it's do-able , Colin Ferns in Richmond would be able to do it , or take it to Olly in Portsmouth ....

The manifolds will be different as will the electrical setup.
