38k miles and 5 owners?

This caught my eye as it seemed ridiculously expensive, then I saw the low mileage, and then I saw the 5 owners. This would take some serious convincing that a car with 5 owners has only covered 38k miles - either it's a mistake or the car must be such a dog that every new owner offloads it again asap....

Need to look very carefully at history with this one. Could have spent a few years as a London limo, lots of use, few miles, then sold on a few times BBC used to use these, I seem to remember.

Not necessarily a dog, but I'd be looking for empty Winalot tins in the boot

Stwat is very correct. I spotted this car back several months ago where a dealer in North London (IIRC) was selling it "to clear". Back then it was priced at £2k then fell down to £1.5k.

It had several largish dents. One on the bootlid, on the wing and several others (which is why the previous dealer had it as clearance car). It may be worth doing a check to see if it has insurance damage categories attached to it if you are interested in buying it.

It appears to have been done up by this dealer, the boot lid designation change confirming that. The dents it previously had were in some very peculiar places and didn't look like your average car park scrapes and dings.

I think I might have pictures of what the car previously looked like if anyone is serious about it. PM and I'll try and dig them up.
