Ive seen a 6x6x6 range rover but dont have a picture of it.
I guess there are probably some military vehicles with loads more driven axles/wheels but dont know of any specific ones myself.
I do have a 1x1 though sitting in my garage
This bad boy by MKZT is 14 x 14 although I think MAZ may have built a bigger one!
