Hello all,
Just bought a 53 reg E220 CDI Estate 7 seater 2 days ago. Having left the car without use for 2 days, have noticed today that the rear wheel on the near (passenger side) has literally sunk into the arch. The driver/ right side seems OK.
Started the car and left rear wheel moved up but there is still a gap of 1 finger between left (2 fingers between top of wheel and arch) and right rear wheel (3 fingers). I haven't driven it again (maybe the gap will clear with constant air being forced in while driving).
Did not notice this when I bought the car and the dealer is unaware of this issue with the car parked at his place for 2 weeks.
I think this is my first car with airmatic suspension but not sure where to start with checking. Please advise.
Many thanks in advance..
