Hi guys!
I'm trying to fit front seats from a207 e class to clk55 w208 model with memory seats.
I was thinking if I would cut off the connectors from my current seats like connectors for the motors, seat belt, heaters and occupancy sensors and try to connect them to wires on the new seats.
As my current ones are operating from a module and CANBUS would the new seats work as easy as that or there is something that detects some resistance voltage and something like that.
The big problem is I've never done anything electrically on cars and don't know the wire coddings.
The first challenge at the moment i have is the new passenger side seat is stuck with back tilted forward please see the picture and advise if you can please.

This is the back of the switch that controls the seats movement and the white with green stripe and black with blue stripe with black connector goes to the motor that controls the back of the seat.
If I would connect wires to those two wires and connect it to a battery would that activate the switch or the motor to tilt the back of the seat back ? If so what's the power wire and what's the earth/ground/negative wire would be ?
Any help would be really appreciated and hope this kind of threads would help the other enthusiasts in future.
Thanks in advance
