Advice on R129 1998

I am negotiating to buy a 1998 R129 320 SL
1. The seller has advised me in advance of viewing the car that the central locking is not working from the remote and requires the key to lock/unlock, he believes it require a new central locking motor?
2. The drivers seat back rest does not fold forward limiting access to the rear
3. He only has one key

does anyone have suggestions / comments on the above faults please

For me (having owned a R129) , the issues you mention would not be a deal breaker- provided the price reflected same.
