Airmatic on 2010 W212 E350 CDi Sport

Hi,
Have been looking to buy a W212 E350 Sport and have seen one that has Airmatic, now is this just a luxury and something to go wrong or does it make a significant difference to the car?

Easiest way to answer that is to drive it and see if you prefer it over a normally sprung eclass. Personally, I like the low speed comfort that air suspension brings. If you regularly load the car up or tow, you'll benefit from the self levelling too.

Downside is there are more components. Instead of a coil spring, you have air bags, compressor, air lines, valve blocks, o ring seals and height sensors to maintain . None of them are overly complex and despite general opinion, it's easy to diagnose a fault.
