AMG Steering Wheel with Paddles

Hi Guys

I have a CLk 350 (2006) with the 7 speed auto box, if I change my steering wheel with NO paddles is it possible or easy to wire up new AMG steering with paddles so the paddles will work.

The new wheel has paddles and wiring will there be wires to connect to or is this job just not worth doing.

Any help appreciated
