Annoying electrical problem with my c180

Hi there,
I really hope someone can shed some light on this problem I am having! My Mercedes is a c180 elegance year 1997.

There have been minor electrical problems happening with my Mercedes, the indicators will stop working temporarily, warning light for the radiator keeps coming on and off, wind screen wipers won’t work and newest problem when I started the engine this afternoon they went on and I couldn’t turn them off! Obviously these problems happen at any time with no warning so it’s not anything in particular that I am doing. I have checked the fuses and they seem fine, though quite frankly have no idea what it is I am looking for. Thank you in advance!

wiper stalks are very common on this model over time sometimes they just dont switch off or switch on when they want to. having said that it could also more likely be the OVP relay which explains the indicators coming on. wiper stalk is around £100 and the relay £70. hope this helps
