Anyone good with STAR need some info

I need a new file putting into the TCU for my W202 for tiptronic would this be possible? I have been told it can be done. I did ask dealers they haven't got a clue. I need some help from someone who has a genuine STAR as this can be only done via online coding via Germany for security purposes.
