Anyone help me get hold of W204 Comand retrofit wiring harness?

Hi, I have purchased the Comand head unit and display. I have the pulling hooks, and the torx screwdriver. I don't want to mess about re-wiring it all. Can anyone tell me where to get the wiring harness, I believe there are two, one for display and one for head unit. Also, any idea roughly how much they are?

Email Alfie @ Comand Online, not listed on the site but they should be able to supply it. Comand Online Ltd You will need the GPS antenna too.

AFAIK there are lots of other parts required to retrofit COMAND to a W204, including cooling fans and ductwork. As has already been mentioned, contact Alfie or Richard for the required info / parts.

Cheers. Just e-mailed Alfie. There's loads of info available, but alot of people suggest rewiring yourself and leaving the ducting and cooling fan out. I'd rather not spend the money on a good bit of kit and bodge the installation!

Please don't leave the ducting and cooling fan out - it will only cook itself on a hot day !!

Mercedes didn't spend extra on designing it and putting it into the car unless they knew it was needed ....

You'll need the centre airvent and the switch that goes in it to open/close the electric cover on the display, the display cable between the display and head unit, the fan and ducts, and the wiring loom which is then spliced into the existing wiring.
