Audio 50 APS free map updates?

Had my 2012 E250 'B' service yesterday and have noticed today that the maps on my Audio 50 APS haven't been updated. For some reason I thought that I would received free updates whilst the vehicle was still under its 3 year warranty.

Could anyone here confirm please if I should get free updates before I have a moan at the dealership or is it just COMMAND that gets the free updates.
