Bad differential on 2008 ML320 CDI??

Reading the posts all over internet I may have bad differential at my car.

I know that 2006 models been mostly affected but what about 2008 @ 63kMiles? Pre face lift model W164 (Feb 2008)

Hope it's just bad bearings
