can anybody help,,,since alternator prob, have had problem's starting car in morning's due to a battery drain ,now found out it is seat module draining battery, garage cannot do till next week,if i disconnect seat or take out fuse will this stop my battery drain ?

It would seem reasonable to assume that if you interupt the supply before the module, it'll remove any power drain caused by the module. Make sure the fuse dosen't supply more than the seat module, or anything important

The seat module draining the battery is a common problem.

The module has two power feeds, one controlled by the ignition switch, the other is permanently live. The cheap and simple answer is to cut the wire supplying the permanent feed.

The downside of this 'solution' is the seat will only move with the ignition switched on.

Edit:

It's a little bit more involved than just disconnecting the permanent feed, but not much.
