Beading rain

Beading and sheeting :)

Just been watching a few clips on the sonax bsd and I'm sold on this stuff, just placed an order for a 750m bottle
No chance of clay barring my car today, weathers absolutely chucking itself down

I use Sonax BSD a lot, and haven't washed my car with water for maybe 3 months, as my car doesn't have the opportunity to get really dirty as it is little used during week.

But Kamikaze Infinity Wax water repellency is absolutely insane, just look at the size and modular shape of the beads

Beading effect aside, the Sonax BSD does really help keep the car clean too, and easier to clean.

Those saying the rain dries into dirty spots, are spot on, but generally dirt sticks less.

I have a hot water and cold water hose, and as I have a big tree above my drive, so regularly have bird presents on the car in the morning, I simply pull out the hose and rinse them off before leaving.

Generally, I've a cleaner car on average with the Sonax than without. I'm not simply touting it's beading qualities.

I'm a bit of a Sonax convert, tried BSD and was very surprised how good it was. Easy to use, beads nice but as mentioned makes car easier to clean.

I now use Sonax wash and their tyre shine gel is a particular favourite.

Sonar BSD +1

Got to agree a slick surface that's well protected is a lot easier to clean, dirt simply doesn't stick.

Bit of beading this morning, two coats of Collinite and a layer of Gyeon Wetcoat after the last wash...

I've got both and by all accounts they seem to last as long as each other.

I prefer 845 because it's liquid and easier to apply, that's the only difference really.

Wet ice over fire - who comes up with these stupid feckin product names

I believe it is the responsibility of the marketing department. For years sales reps would tout their Tetrosyl Cutting Oil around body shops up and down the country. Then one day back in the 60's some hipster with a beard thought instead of trying to increase sales through continual improved formulation of the product, why not simply try changing its name. And T-Cut was born. Wonder how that worked out for them? :D

Not into detailing just like a clean car, Is this the desired beading that a good wax should give taken today in our works yard .
