It pre-dates speed cameras by about 60 years - its a Phantom Corsair from the 30s

It's the Phantom Corsair, because Rusty Heinz (of the beans) only built one. He intended to put it into production, but died in a car accident.

It's a Cord 810 underneath, and it's almost impossible to see out of...
