Best dealer for service

Hi guys,

I have recently bought a GL class of 2015 350D. Still with Mercedes Warranty on the machine.
you all are more experience then me and what i did noticed is to find a good dealer to bring your car for Service is not that easy...
It seems that the dealer were i bought the car lost interest providing the aftercare towards the customers..

Any one can help me recommend a good dealer around Coventry area for Servicing my car?

Mercland Nuneaton and MSL in Birmingham are within your range. I am reliably informed that your warranty status can be maintained provided schedules are followed and genuine MB parts used. I’d speak to both parties I mentioned (Mercland- Jay and MSL Asad) to confirm that is the case.

Yes that is the case with regards to warranty.

In terms of main dealers in our area. Im sorry I couldnt recommend any when it comes to Servicing. Its a result of how the incentive systems work. Im afraid good service is just another target to try and meet.

The only main dealer that seems to get consistent praise is Hughes of Beaconsfield.
