Pontoneer, what you are saying over and over is that you feel your lack of safety due to the traffic is a good enough reason to break the law and put other people's safety at risk as you are obviously more important than them.

No it isn't .

What I have said is that I sometimes cycle on pavements when it is indeed unsafe , due to traffic , to cycle on the roads . That does not imply any endangerment of anyone else : it is perfectly possible to cycle carefully and safely on pavements whilst keeping a lookout for others and acting accordingly so as to ensure their safety also .

If you don't understand that , then you probably think that every time anyone takes a vehicle onto the roads they put everyone else's safety at risk ...
