I stripped all the trim out of my boot yesterday to find a water leak all the trim is in my garage but now the little red light on the boot release switch is on, the boot still unlocks from the switch and the fob okay, also locks okay as it should.
I have done a search but most seem to be locked out or not working.
Car is a 2001 E430
Whoops just went outside lifted boot and twigged there is nothing for the interior light switch to touch on as all trim in garage temp refit trim piece and all is well again!
