Hi all, you might want to have a quick look at Halfords online or in the nearest store to stock up on bulbs - they're apparently cutting down on the "older" models of bulb, eg H1, H3, H4 etc, and are flogging off the Bosch ones - even the fancier "all weather" etc. ones - for peanuts. I've well and truly stocked up, to the point where I'm thinking about selling a few on eBay!! :-)
They were £1 or £3 each. Brand new, boxed... that's got to be a good deal in anyone's book.

would not go back to dim lamps, nor would anybody else by the sounds of it,hence sell them off cheap.

By dim lamps, you mean as opposed to projectors / HIDs? Yup, they're definitely brighter... but I've not seen a conversion kit for the W124 yet which wasn't HIDEOUS :-)
Wouldn't mind uprating the R129 though. Although the standard headlamps actually aren't bad.

No I meant the higher output bulbs extreme's and the like, considerably more illumination and white light.not the silly blue bulbs or HID kits:ban:

I've put a pair of Osram Nightbreakers in the SL, they're definitely better. But sometimes just having new bulbs helps, IMHO!!

After I put new bulbs in my car I kept running people over.

Silly me, didn't realise I had installed Osram Legbreakers

:D

Hi all just recently acquired a w210 e320cdi 2002. Any advice on good light bulbs would be appreciated I do quite a bit night time driving and without any prior knowledge hoping you guys would know from experience on good decent bright light bulbs thanks in Advance.

ECP is doing a special on Osram Nightbreaker + at the moment, they always seem to have good reviews

Hi
