Bit of research > Brabus are clearly a well respected manufacturer and have some good looking wheel designs.
Has anyone considered purchasing some new Brabus wheels and then decided not to? It would be interesting to know what people think of Brabus wheels vs AMG and Mercedes wheels..
The Mono A wheel is typically priced the same as a Mercedes-Benz wheel - they're not as expensive as you may imagine.

Hi Chris
The amount of replicas put me off , personally they look a bit too aftermarket to me.

I did consider it but when I read one needs special adaptors to fit them I decided to stick with AMG

I had a set on my old W202 (check my album) and I thought they looked the pants.. they were 18's an did affect the ride comfort + tramlining a little, but apart from that, tons of grip.

I've not seen any Brabus wheels that I like enough to consider putting on my car. I like most of the AMG's though.

That's your tyres though! :p

Brabus wheels look great but the alloy used is very soft and the Lacquer fails very easily....

My wife's had 3 different Smart Brabus cars and the alloys have always been a nightmare....:wallbash:

There's a Brabus A class ( W168 ) near me ( proper one ) , and it is fully kitted up and has the most amazing set of Brabus alloys on it.

Also agree with above.

I found the brabus alloys a bit OTT for my liking. The AMG ones tend to be more discrete and stylish.

I recently ordered Brabus wheels from the main dealer. They were very quick to answer my queries and met my target price. I also know that the wheels are genuine and coming from Brabus direct.

They're OK, but I'd rather have AMGs on my Vito.

Unfortunately my current insurers (CIS) say 'no' to any wheel change. Also M-B would not confirm that the AMG IIs listed here:

Mercedes VITO 639 alloys | Alloy Wheels Direct Ltd

are approved for use on the Vito (which has implications with other insurance companies).

Should be dine ive seen the 5 spoke amg rims from a SLK or C class used on 639.

My fave wheels for the Vito is the Viano X-clusive 19s ;)
