Having spent a good while wrestling with brake calipers to swap my front bearings tis week, I notice that the brake discs are knackered too.

Any recommendations for replacement brands (decent quality, reasonable price) for W202 c280??

I see ECP have pagid discs and pads, which I assume are reasonable, but should I look anywhere else (ECP have a couple of slightly cheaper options).

Check prices from MB, they are quite competitive and you know you will be getting the correct spec parts for your braking system.

If nothing else you'll have a benchmark against which to judge 3rd party prices?

Nothing wrong with a Pagid set up I run them for long enough good performance. MB are usually pretty competitive on discs but I wouldn't fit MB pads as they are too soft and create too many dust issues Pagid or Texar are better in this area.

Also I'm being told that Sparco a well known rally brake supplier have entered the consumer market and are doing discs and pads for MB I've no direct experience of these on a road car but on a rally car they perform really well, so might be worth checking these out also :dk:
