Broadband and telephone package

Hi

I am looking for a true PAYG broadband package and phone line deal for my parents.

They will hardly ever use the BB but it will be nice to have when they do want it and for when we are home.

I have seen lixxus who do PAYG broadband but they will look at useage to see if its financially viable for them to give it at £0 per month. If not enough useage then they put it up to £13 per month.

The phone is currently with Talk Talk, no monthly fee but with free weekend calls.

Bulldog do a package for £10 per month that has PAYG BB but only free bulldog to bulldog calls. Having worked for bulldog in the past, not so keen on using them but they might just be the best deal.

Unless anyone knows different??

Have you looked at a cable package? I've no idea of the costs but it might be worth looking at if only to eliminate. They do deals on TV/telephone/broadband and it may be that the deal is advantageous for low users.

That said I had a big row with NTL about a year ago and would be extremely reluctant to ever use them again!
