So I phones this company – Franklite, require information on wall and ceiling lights.

Request a catalogue, they ask if I’m trade, no is my answer. They therefore can’t send me a catalogue, however if I phone my distributor, ask them to phone Franklite, then Franklite will send (directly to my address) a catalogue….. I ask you.

And yes I did have the why not just send to me if you are going to send it out anyway conversation.

Franklite, British and proud of it! – oh and based in Milton Keynes, says it all really.
