Got done by a bus lane camera and received the PCN in the post yesterday.
Says the offence was on 20 April, date of issue of notice was 3 May, and I received it on 5 May.
I thought I read somewhere that you had to receive the PCN within 2 weeks of the offence.
Any views given that the PCN was issued within 2 weeks, but I received it after more than 2 weeks?
It is so annoying. I normally ride into work on the Finchley Road, where bikes are allowed in the bus lane. That day I went down the Edgware Rd, where they are not. Logical eh?
