If you wish I could generate a datacard for your car, listing all factory options fitted from new?

I would need the VIN and an email address. But as you wont be able to PM me you would need to post here until I copy them then you could edit them out?

I have did it by:

No warming in seats. Comand APS is also "retrofit" I think..

How much did it cost just for the heat pads then??

They were £92 all incl delivery too, thats for 4 pads to do two front seats.....Yes thats Colchester DK.....

I dont know email, i tried the email on their website but it doesnt work. Maybe try calling and ask for an email address......?

Sounds like a plan, happy to pay £92 but now need the Merc console/dash buttom panel second hand if possible so if anyone out there knows of a good Merc breakers please can you forward some details, many thanks

Or if like me its just the 2 bases that dont work, DK says just buy for one seat which gives you the 2 pads required and then cut to what ever shape you need, splice the wires and away you go.

Now all i need are instuctions for removing the lower seat cover and seat if ness

Just called DK (01206 211682) and the call was redirected to a chaps mobile, he didn't think they sold direct to the public, so I quoted the above price inc vat and delivery and he ssaid I would have to call back Monday when the office is open and speek to a Rob Stevens? so I will have to wait til then!

Yes thats the guy, they only sell to main stealers including many MB ones who are retrofitting things like heated seats. Rob is a nice guy though and will sell stuff at good prices to the likes of me and you......Call today....

Also, yes these are relevant for all MB heated seats as far as i know.....

I'm excited, not sure quite why, this is all the keep the wifes buns warm!!! anyway I have the C Class w203 Merc switch pack just in from ebay (£59.95) got the DKSchweizer CF heat pads (£107) and MB have 1 bit of loom (£33) in by this Saturday, fingers crossed

If got switch pack with seatheater buttons and no other options could you move only seatheters buttons to old switch pack? Or do you need whole new pack with every options you got?

We just got only -25 degrees yesterday..

Whole switchpack I think. The relays and timers for the heated seats are all contained in the swtichpack. Maybe you could open the switchpack and transfer the electrics over, but not sure if this is possible.

I think it's defo the hole switch pack required!
I now have a spare £40 loom as I ordered both options, turns out both are the same but connectors are different, they get chopped off in any case, so if any one would like a £40 heated seat loom for £20 let me know!
