I have a question, but i will explain what happened first.
I have a 2009, C180 Mercedes (that i purchased last year in April). My UMI stopped working last month, I am still under warrenty, so I took my car back to Mercedes and they changed the interface, screen etc and everything was working.
But I noticed on my Sat Nav, when i enter my destination it shows me the route but doesnt show me how long it would take me to get there or the distance remaining.
I checked my settings and under configuration, there is a 'top bar' that i can select, and it allows you to view it. But no matter how much i try i can not get the top bar to appear on my main screen while driving. I tried setting top bar to 'Dynamic' and 'static' but still nothing. I can get it to appear in the 'bottom bar' but i currently have road name set to that and don't really want to change it.
My previous system allowed me to view the time remaining as a pop up on my screen while i was driving, but can't with this current software/hardware.
I contacted Mercedes, they tell me this is the latest softwar/hareware they installed and with that, you can not view this top bar (even though there is an option under confiuration).
So basically, here is my question, I wanted to find out what my software/hardware is, to see if they have actually flashed/installed the latest.
I accessed the engineers menu and got the following... But now sure what i should be looking for...
