C207 E Class Coupe - How to remove the plastic door sill?

Is it a door sill? Talking about the plastic cover in the picture here.

How does it come off (without breaking it!) as it feels pretty snug.....

I'd like to know that too, was having a go at taking it off mine and gave up because i felt that with the pressure i'd put it under it might snap!

To be honest Nab I managed to take the panel off under the dash and lifted the front part of this one up to get to the other but I would like to take it off fully to see how it fits back. I think you pull it up from the inside of the car and it pivots up over towards the door. It seems like that anyway when I saw it hadn't been put back on properly by the dealer!
