C230K "Washer" Mod Help !!!

Alright,

So Ive got pipe off and ive bought a 50mm washer with a 27mm hole off ebay but how do you actually secure the bugger within the pipe - ive forced it in and it sits flush but it doesnt seem to take alot to move it and what with all the force going through the pipe !!

any ideas ???

So does the actual refitting keep it in place then

I didn't fit it there. I just placed it on the S/c and then refitted that pipe. Mine never moved.

yeah, thats the exact same place as i put mine, it can't go anywhere once you re connect the hose.... i think.

well ive bunged it on and no probs as yet !! hasnt seem to have done alot really apart from making more whine really but my charger is a bit hit and miss really due to my not so great auto box !
