C320 Points to look for

Hi! I am considering changing my C200 for a C320 Sports coupe.
Any advice, pitfalls, & what are the points to look for on a V6?

Hi,

The Mercedes V6's and V8's are renowned for how solid they are. I've known several MB technicians and they've all said the same thing, they've never seen one fail.

The only thing i'd say is, if your going for the W203 C320, is that you try and aim for a W203 thats built after 2004, ones before that were known for electrical gremlins.

Agreed, go for the facelift with the clear headlights, white rear lights & new style dash- its more modern looking & will have better residuals, plus had the redesigned steering/gearbox (called something like 'direct drive' iirc?)
Will be a nice car, but will also be thirstier than your C200. It will also come as an auto as standard, I believe

C320 coupe is a great car... the power is fantastic in such a small car...

If you buy one with an evo roof, check it works..

They are quite rare the C320 coupes. I had a wee notion of one once upon a time but finding them is quite hard...
