C350 CDi V E350 CDi

Had my C350 CDi for six months or so now and as pleased as I am with it I cant help but admire the E coupe.

Any reasons why I shouldn't?

I didn't buy the C new, it was 6 months old.

I'd be looking for a used E of about the same age.
