C63 507 or F80 M3/M4

Hi guys,

I know this is the Mercedes Benz club however having been a frequent observer you guys have a vast knowledge of other cars as well.

So putting brand bias aside what would it be the c63 507 or the f80 m3/m4? It's a genuine choice I'm considering I can't split them at that price, I have previously owned a 'normal' c63 previously

On the basis of how poor the m3 sounds....

Sound wise, no competition - but in reality the w204 is a generation behind the f80 platform, so that complicates comparisons if you look at tech etc

I would rather a W204 over the F80 any day. I just can't stand the sound of them. They have ruined it!

Outside of a track day how often would you get to use the performance of either in a meaningful way? Pushed hard either would have you at mercy of the next speed trap in what, less then 5 seconds...

Don't get me wrong either would be a great car but for me the choice would come down to options, preference in interior/exterior styling and the techie toys stuff fitted and of course any general brand preference you may have. Ultimately it may come down to what's in the best condition that you see when shopping.

The C63s do sound the business
