Hi just to let other owners know the required lsd oil change at approx 1850 miles is complimentary
I have just spoken to customer services who have confirmed the above and say they will be sending me a letter to confirm and there was a recent service bulletin regarding this oil change

MB made in free some time ago for all C63s - bummer as I had to pay for mine, although it was not very expensive.

They are efficient and polite and what they do, but you have to spoon feed them.

When I had a warranty claim on one of my carbon mirrors, one or their 'operatives' said they couldn't find a part number and they would order in a black one as a replacement and get some kind of 'carbon wrap' put on it.

I called Tonbridge and got the carbon part number within 30secs!!!

Had the bs serviced today at mb dartford £200 including oil all done in a pleasant manner.
