C63 on ebay

I wouldn't read into the tyres so much but the mileage is unusually low to ring alarm bells.

Might be a genuinely good egg but equally might have had an unusual life, I wouldn't be brave enough to buy it from a stranger on eBay.

Rather than speculate on the web with naysayers, why not go and see him
What if he is a rich man with too many cars to drive and just bought it on a whim?
Maybe the dealer sold him new tyres at the service.
Maybe he had a puncture and only wanted matching tyres so bought 4 coz he loves the car so much?

My car is 4 years older and has 7,000 on the clock.

Maybe I am serial getaway driver and odometer clocker on the run from prison.

Rear tyres generally only last 6,000 so selling the car with 5,000 miles in the clock I think I'd wanna change the tyres just for piece of mind

Or 19K and more ... and sold with original tyres onwards by the dealer, still legal.

Why didn't mine come with a special "AMG Key in Presentation Box". I've never been so disappointed :(

NEVER USED IN SPORT MODE A TOTALLY UN-ABUSED EXAMPLE WHICH HAS ONLY COVERED 4947 MILES

What a waste!

Exactly what I was thinking. Who'd buy a car like this and not 'drive' it? Declaring its never been driven in 'sport' tells me one of two things. They're either lying; in which case what else may they be lying about, or they have bought a car they have no clue about, which is almost equally as worrying...

So the law says you can only by things you have "a clue" about?

You missed the point. Anyone can buy whatever they like, there's no law against it. They can also do what they like with it, it's their choice. I have no care what anyone does with their lives at all. I was merely commenting on what one may wish, or not wish to buy of someone else.

I messaged this person on 10-11th June asking about the tyres too and they said this:

Somebody else should message him to see if the response is the same?
