Hi Fellow Amg Owners,
Ive had my C63' now for two months and now the honeymoon period is over i decided it was time to unleash the beast. WOW what a mechanical masterpiece.
However when i planted my right foot firmly through the floor pan to the unsuspecting tarmac below, she decided to launch forward at such velocity i needed Velcro to hold my glasses on...![Crazy  ](/styles/mbclub/smilies/crazy.gif)
Now when it hit 6-7k revs (cant be exact at this point, clumping around to deploy the parachute) there was a distinct whining noise from the rear, i assumed this must have been one of the tyres lighting up, looked at the instrument panel and traction control light didn't even flicker, so i stopped check the tyres, no smell, no smoke, nothing, just sitting mean and ticking over smoothly,So the question.. is this normal? has anyone else experienced the same noise. i can only describe it as a high pitch tyre spin, or close to a high pitch fan belt slipping only that its coming from the rear? any thoughts please would be greatly appreciated.
