Oh I forgot to mention , I have the car already but my father lives at a nice house & area a mile away with a 7 car driveway and 2car integrated garage. I could leave it there I suppose . I'm happy where I live because it used to be my fathers house before I got it. Thanks for that Mo amg

Kinda answered your own question then, no?

General discussions

Trouble is HB I invested most of my £40k on the motor and touch wood I don't want anything going wrong during my ownership apart from merc warranty that's set aside.i originally was looking for s65 amg as I like big motors plus I'm not on my own I have 5 other family members so at 36 I don't have the midlife crisis yet!, so I may go for a ml65 in later life.. Who knows! With this car I have now I was only looking at it last week, but I don't understand how I ended being roped into buying one! Since my budget was suppose to be £25k+ ish. Dealers are tricksters really..

So you work in a shop, sold your house for a C63, have 5 mouths to feed and nowhere to park the C63??

I kinda did answer my own there . My brother suggested that I keep car at dads place and borrow his ek civic so that the c63 is left in its place and keys left with him. I don't mind him taking it for a spin as long as the car is safe from scrotes down at my yard . Family first I'm not materialistic in that way anyway .

What ever you decide makes no difference as you have the car now and you have it insured, so you have nothing to worry about.

You should say that again on March 7th ;).

Get rid of the car...buy a house.

Anybody else think the priorities are slightly askew here?

Your in a position I don't envy.

A C63 with no where but the street to park it.

Yes it's insured but that's not the issue for me.

If Mr Scumbag decide they want your car they will break into your house and search for the keys.

If they find them while your out or asleep in bed all the better.

If not they will threaten you or anybody else in the house to get the keys.

I've seen the above scenario so many times.

My advice would be if you intend to keep the car leave it at your parents.

Sorry to be so negative but that's just me where crime is concerned.

Only my opinion.
