Can't use my own oil???

I was quoted £329 for an A service for my Amg at a main dealer, I paid £159 supplying my own oil at the same dealer, go figure.

When we buy oil for our vehicles (most of them use 5w30 C3 oil), we buy....Mercedes oil from our local Mercedes-Benz commercial dealer. Fantastic value for a 20l jerry can of good quality oil. Service dept unfortunately makes a lot of their profit on oil (the oil bought in bulk usually has a 250-400% mark-up).

Which model is it? That's a very good price. Experience suggests that some dealers soften the AMG "premium" for service costs when the model "matures".
