Car Photography

Some of you may or may not know I used to drive an E46 BMW and I still love the cars and I'm a regular on another forum, www.evotechnik.net where Fas (one of the founders) has recently added a photography section which I think is a great idea considering pictures speak a thousand words for our cars.

It's something I always look to improve, I found this link over on ET and thought it would be of interest to you guys and is a simple but informative writeup, the thread runs over 6 pages so do take the time to read the extra bits that've been added as you can learn a lot from it

Brilliant pictures (well at least the ones that are supposed to be!)

I've been a very keen amateur photographer for most of my adult life, and one facet of photography I have always wanted to get into is that of 'supercars'. There's a lot of professional stuff around though (for obvious marketing reasons). Just look for the reams of specialist car photography secondhand books in charity shops these days . There's some bargains to be had for sure.

Very useful post. Wonder if any forum member with photographic skills could do a similar Mercedes one, although there are some excellent photos in the " Gallery" already.
