That's cheered me up!
My own dear wife went to New York last week, and for some strange reason she kept saying (in a dreadful American accent) ..."Neeewww Yoork, Neeewww Jeerseay" like, over and over again until I asked her why?
Her reply
"Well New York city, is in the state of New Jersey"
...hmmmm....so I say...."It isn't....New York is in New York state....you know the song. 'New York, New York...so good they named it twice'... that's a clue"
"Tisn't" says she just before she packs for Heathrow......
Lets just say I enjoyed the anticipation of awaiting her return, knowing that she probably would actually check once she was in New York.
And its not like its her first trip to New York and its not like she shouldn't know better.....she's a travel journalist

Im not sure of a set up... some people really are just that dim, especially with maths...

I was on a holiday recently with a girl who was convinced that Virgin TV allowed you to fast forward Live TV.

From a technical viewpoint, this is very easy to achieve. However, it will never become mainstream because of very heavy lobbying by the bookmaking industry.
