Carlsson kit

Hi all, I am just about to buy an SLK200 that is fitted with a Carlsson body kit, quad exhaust and wheels. This was apparently fitted straight after manufacture but there is no paperwork to back this up. Are replica Carlsson kits common and how can I find out if the kit is genuine?

Very much doubt it'll be a replica,never seen one.
