Carlsson wheels on a W208

what does the panel think these would look like on an AMG styled black W208, I saw a W202 on ebay years ago with these on and thought it looked very stunning indeed, they look a bit like the Schnitzer wheels you can get for BMWs, apart from the car they are bolted too I think they look good as well,

I think they would look good but then again it's a balance between AMG wheels and these, but it's your choice at the end of the day.

I think they're a bit sharp and retro for the curvy W208.
They'd look perfect on a W124 500E/E500, and would be period-correct.
You're thinking of Alpinas, btw.

yes your correct, it is the Alpinas I was thinking about, thanks for the advice curvy lines on the 208, they did look good on a 202 but that has a squarer front end,

I think it's the utter simplicity of them that suits the 'older' 80s cars, whereas the newer 90s Mercs suit a slightly more sophisticated Carlsson design:

will only look good on a older car but still a nice set of wheels if the price is right .i might have a go they will fit in with the rest of my wheels i dont use mb & vw like a nice set of Azev A with good conti tyre's i won this week for £104
